I am checking this, please be patient. Note that autosnipe extensions are a convenience feature, it's not a must-have, and any browser update can break them at any time. We do our best to have them available, but when they are down you have other ways to enter snipes, even if less convenient.

The link points back on itself, can you stop giving me the runaround? This is a real bug, it happens both on the phone app and on the desktop, different browsers. The button flickers for a fraction of a second and then it disappears. Can you work with this \"Keith\" to fix the problem, I am a paying gixen custome (I have been one for many years now).

For support for the browser extensions please use the thread that I directed to in my first response:
https://www.gixen.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=43275
That's the one Keith monitors.

Keith, the developer of Autosnipe, which implements browser extensions, which provide those buttons, supports the various variants of it from
this thread
.
As you'll see one of the most significant aspects is which browser you're using. Another is which ebay site you're viewing, ebay.com, ebay.co.uk, ebay.ca, etc. So please make sure to also provide those details when posting on that thread, since that helps him to track down what the issue might be for you.

Post subject: Button disappeared
gixen button no longer appears on Ebay pages. It flickers for a nanosecond and it disappears. Multiple refreshes have the same result.
