I also have the exact problem, yesterday I subscribed via stripe and i can see the payment in settings but no activasion at all. Can you help please :?:

Mario has acknowledged that payments via stripe are more problematic and is looking into why that might be.
Only Mario can straighten it out for you, but like us all he does have other things that take up his time, so please give him a bit of time, and if you don't hear back after a few days try again. Maybe from a different email account, if you have access to one, since so many emails seem to never reach their intended destination these days.
Please always remember to include your Gixen id along with the description of the issue, with details of when any payments were made.
