Might be worth adding \"Too many requests error\" to the thread title.
Thanks as always for the quick support, even when the cause of the issue is out of your hands. The thread I first found mentioned a similar issue back in 2020:

I am aware of the issue that snipes are failing. It looks like a problem on eBay's side. Working on it.
