Please always include your Gixen id in such communication. Also, wherever possible, use the email address that you have registered with Gixen, since sending from that address to Gixen may also help remove any block that your provider may have implemented that may be preventing you from receiving the ones that it's sending automatically.

I've tried this repeatedly and don't receive any email. I've check the spam folder and it isn't there either.
I know my current password. Can't I just change it?
