If you manually refresh it flashes up and then disappears again. I have tried resetting the Preferences to refresh every 1 minute, the lower bar message shows it is refreshing but this does not trigger the Highest Bid value that stays at "N/A" and only responds to a manual refresh. I see several others posting the same issue, so it seems that the s/w link is somehow broken in this version? The PC is running Windows 7 64 Pro. Any help to show this appreciated. Like others, I do monitor the bids as I often set a lowish limit but sometimes have to raise this a little if there is a flurry of bidding for a very popular item, so it is a useful
