You would only ever get two bids being accepted when the offset is exactly the same on both servers.
Even then it's on;y going to happen when the bids reach Ebay within a very small time-frame of each another.
In summary we shouldn't really be expecting two bids to show up on Ebay, it's not rally a good indication that the Gixen system is not functioning well.

For the past several weeks I frequently only see one bid placed instead of two. Here is an example from today: 133832849974
