Are you
sure
the eBay UK account is the one that has the gixen authorization to bid and not account the eBay account with the Australia address?
I would suggest logging in here and checking your authorization status by clicking the Settings button. That won't tell you which eBay account is authorized, but the number of days remaining might clue you in.
You should also check both your accounts on eBay and see if one, both or the wrong one is authorized in your eBay settings. In your eBay settings it's under
Site Preferences > General Preferences > Third Party Authorizations.
Look for Mario's name there.
Check both eBay accounts for what's showing as your Primary Shipping Address too.
Did you ever set up more than one gixen account pointing at
one
of your eBay accounts, which can cause all manner of problems?

Post subject: Seller does not provide shipping to your region - bid faile
Hi -
I today had a bid fail on eBay UK with this error, which I have not seen before. My primary eBay address is in the UK, as for this eBay ID it always has been, and the seller clearly provides shipping to the UK. Hence I'm perplexed as to why this failed.
I wonder if a couple of other 'factors' could be impacting this ?
1. I do have a separate eBay ID on eBay Australia, but that's never been connected to Gixen so I don't see the connection. Perhaps something has been cached somewhere, though.
2. I put in a lower manual eBay bid for this item a few hours before (with my same eBay UK ID), to make sure I was going to clear any reserve that had been set. This was the first bid on the item, and was accepted fine. I was then outbid, given my 2nd bid failed as above.
All suggestions gratefully received.
Thanks!
