Have you been using this in order to attempt to combine these accounts ?
If so in what way is this process failing for you ?
Please note that the payment system is automated. So is the transfer system, but it has to be initiated and confirmed by you, the system can't automatically combine accounts that users set up separately since the assumption must be that people set them up as separate accounts because they want to keep them that way. |

I've tried to delete/combine accts, without success. You haven't responded to this Support email for 3 days(but had No problem receiving the money). |

Is it possible that you have more than one active Gixen account?
People sometimes seem to inadvertently set up multiple accounts when they have problems accessing the site. Do you remember having any such issues ? |

Iâve received a couple of emails saying mirror subscription about to expire/it has now expired - yet when I log I log in my subscription shows as expiring November 19 which is correct.
Iâm not sure why Iâm receiving these emails? |
