There never was an 'automatic entry' to the sniping page. Perhaps the timeout on the session has been shortened ?... But I haven't seen any discussion of that happening recently. I've always had to sign in to access my snipes, I think that is a good thing. We wouldn't want someone using a public computer to shut it down and walk away, only to find that someone else, days later, is able to schedule snipes on their account, would we ?
Ah, maybe John.
Firefox is still able to store my credentials fir Gixen... so, if that is the issue here it is probably with the local copy of the browser that the OP is using.

The "automatic entry" you're referring to is probably the capability of most modern browsers to remember your username and password for all websites that ask for a username and password to log in. Very secure sites (such as online banking sites) have code on the server side that prevents passwords from being automatically filled in (at least, the good sites do).

Post subject: Suddenly I must enter my username and password each time
Suddenly I must enter my username and password each time I visit the Gixen site. I was unable to find a preference that I would use to restore the automatic entry when I come here.
