The bids will still go through, but Gixen may not recognize that you won, if you win.
Go to the Gixen settings page, unlink and then link again your ebay account (you will see option near top, authorize Gixen).

I'm a mirror Gixen user and just changed my eBay ID, not my eBay password. My eBay third-party authorizations show Gixen as before. Is there something I need to do here on Gixen to make sure my bids go through? Thank you.
