If Gixen encounters an issue with logging into your account on an earlier snipe, it does cancel snipes for later that day. This is not in order to annoy people, it is a measure taken to protect your account from further action being taken by Ebay to restrict the access that you have to it. I see no evidence that a less reliable service attracts more paying customers, and plenty that a service that never fails attracts the loyalty of paying customers that simply want to support its' continued existence. So, intentional action to degraded the service would likely be counter productive to the aims you suggest it could support. On a single server operation a few failures are inevitable, no matter how much work you put into trying to make that not so... this was recognized many years ago... and was the reason why the Mirror service was developed... if you choose not to take advantage of it, that is fine, the free service remains available... but then it is somewhat hypocritical to complain if occasionally it doesn't produce the results that you hoped for.
You
do
know there is a "pay" option - and it only costs $6.00 per year.
But if you believe Mario is just screwing with thousands of users - just because he can - and is blowing off your bids on purpose, then perhaps it's time for you to try one of those REALLY expensive sniping sights and see if they are doing any better. (The answer to that question would be... no.)

Post subject: Turn this into a pay only service
The fails are getting old. You know the ones you intentional cause in order to push users into buying the premium service. It's really suspicious when snipes fail hours before they're set to go off and most of the time it's on Sunday nights. I mean since when does any sniping program take any sort of action HOURS before a snipe is set to go off? They don't because there's nothing to be done. If you're not causing the fails intentionally then that's even worse. If that's the case I don't know why anyone would consider gixen
