Post subject: Avast! anti-virus complains about Gixen Firefox extension
I use Avast! as my anti-virus.
Occasionally I get a message from Avast! saying that the Gixen Firefox extension is a "poor rated" extension and offering to remove it. It has a rating of 2 stars (out of 5), but there is no indication as to how many people have rated it.
While it gives me options to remove or disable the Extension, or to ignore the warning, there doesn't seem to be any option for me (as a user) to tell Avast! that this is a false result - or even to give the extension a good rating.
Is it worthwhile either Mario or Keith Hopkins contacting Avast! and asking them to revise this rating? As it stands, it might worry people and unnecessarily cause them to remove the extension.
