Please email me - ebay asked for verification of your account. There are steps to follow to overcome this.

Post subject: Gixen problems with Epic browser
Thank you Cupid for your answer.
When I said "it doesn't work at all" I mean the snipes I placed didn't win the bid even if my top bid was higher than the one that was successful (and placed by someone else)
I have thought about that problem and I think I arrived to a conclusion: I think that Epic browser changes my Ip address (for protection and anonymous browsing) Gixen on Epic doesn't places snipes at all. That is why I tried Gixen from Firefox, hoping it would recognize my username. But I think Username comes with IP address and when both do not coincide the snipe is not placed. I had a massage for my last snipe but as English is not my original language I do not remember exactly what it said and I didn't kept any copy of it. It was about object # 271911185108 .
Can you check that?
Thank you

I here you say 'It does not work at all'.. can you be more specific than that about what doesn't work and what responses you get?
I believe Gixen will take account of the browser you use to set up the snipes, when Gixen subsequently places the bids.
So, you say, you use Firefox for setting up the snipes here on Gixen?
I don't see how using Firefox for your Ebay interaction as well could do any harm, but I'm not convinced it is going to solve the problem either.
What sort of errors are you getting here on Gixen after the auctions complete?... What status do the snipes end up with? .. Can you provide an example auction number?

Post subject: Gixen and Epic browser
Hi could anybody (Mario?) help me?
I'm using Epic as a browser, but Gixen doesn't like it.
So I use Gixen on Firefox, while I still use Epic for Ebay. And... It does not work at all.
I've missed two snips because of that
Is there a way to make Gixen work with Epic or should I use Firefox for Ebay so that Gixen can take into consideration my snipes?
Thank to anybody that could give me a clue.
Best regards
