It is normal that a bid arrives the same second or a second later. <br /> <br />Gixen mirror never submitted the bid, as you can see in its status. The other bid shown, 310.01 is not a submitted bid, it's an ebay proxy bid (you have to click on "automatic bids" to even see this).
