The way to inform Gixen of your new password is to log in to Gixen using those new credentials...
However, doing that looses all your scheduled snipes (they were effectively cancelled when you changed your password on Ebay anyway)... so before you log in with the new password you may want to log in to Gixen with the old one, make a note of your snipes and then delete them (just to be tidy)... then once you have logged in with your new password you will need to re-schedule all those snipes that you still want.
Once you have logged on with your new password you will not be able to log in again with your old password... it is the action of logging in to Gixen with a different password that causes Gixen to check with Ebay that those new credentials are correct.
