It looks like no matter I request it for my website, it won't be approved. My website is implemented ebay API to draw products from ebay. So when users register and log in, they are supposed to bid and buy ebay products in my website. But, of courese, since I do not get the Placeoffer API, I cannot do this way. <br /> <br />3) Now, what I am thinking is that users will place bids with gixen snipe for only reserve bid.
