I wish I could crack the key, lol

Post subject: Placeoffer API
mario wrote:
midowazzan, PlaceOffer is ebay API command, it has nothing to do with the web interface.
The only way how the poster can resolve the issue is to use scraping to "emulate" ebay API functionality. Gixen API does not offer all he needs - e.g. support for Buy-it-now, ability to bid immediately, etc.

Hi Mario,
"to use scraping to "emulate" ebay API functionality." ebay items are changing daily. If the new items are up on ebay, the items still have to be drawn into my website from them. Will New items be coming into my website even if I take your advice on "to use scraping to "emulate" ebay API functionality." ?
Thank you
Tad

Post subject: address
Hi there,
With regard to 2, what happens after clicking PlaceOffer? I guess, given that you are using your own eBay account, you will need to go to the web to complete the order.
How are you going to enable users fill in their own address? and how can you submit this address to the seller of the item?
Thanks
Ebey

Post subject: Ebay Placeoffer API
Hi,
1) I requested Placeoffer API and unfortunately I was denied. It looks like no matter I request it for my website, it won't be approved. So I have to solve the issue in the any way around.
2) My plan was that my website allows users to bid and buy with my ebay personal account. My website is implemented ebay API to draw products from ebay. So when users register and log in, they are supposed to bid and buy ebay products in my website. But, of courese, since I do not get the Placeoffer API, I cannot do this way.
3) Now, what I am thinking is that users will place bids with gixen snipe for only reserve bid. Of course, all bid, bought items are stored in my personal account and also they have to be stored in my website for users in their my page account, such as bid, bought, watchlist and so on.
Does anyone have good idea similar to my plan 2 and 3 above?
I really appreciate your advice!
