The eBay system won't allow this, and I've lost several Gixen bids due to not noticing my high bid was higher than the BIN. Suppose that I manually enter a snipe over BIN, say at -12 sec, while having a Gixen-scheduled snipe for just UNDER BIN at -6 sec. If my manual snipe is rejected by eBay for whatever reason, will the Gixen snipe still be executed (or can it be blocked by the fact that I am logged into eBay and entering stuff manually)? After I posted this, I found another thread on the same topic from some years ago (http://www.gixen.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1105&highlight=higher++equal), and those posts indicate that you had already added code back then to handle the "snipe over BIN" situation. Have those changes been reversed since? <br /> <br />The item in question here is 271043944146. The current high bid showing is $420, and BIN is $720, and is also still showing. I tried to enter a snipe bid that was higher than the item's "Buy it Now" price, but when I hit the Submit button, Gixen gives me the warning: "Your maximum bid is higher or equal than buy-it-now price. eBay may (and probably will) refuse your bid." From what I understand, I AM allowed to do that on eBay itself -- the only caveat is that eBay puts up a confirmation screen asking if I am sure I want to proceed.
