I am not sure what the problem is. But when I want to win something and everything is not perfect. I go direct to the Gixen wen site and place my order. Then if I am home, log into eBay and keep the window open to prevent any "cannot log on errors,: from eBay until its over.
The last time I recall any "timed out error," anywhere was when I had Dial up many years ago, and that was the problem.

To start things off though... are you referring to the use of the Gixen Desktop Manager to the web interface here on this site?
Whichever it is you are using, have you tried the alternative interface, and does that function as you expect?

Post subject: Gixen connecting...error
Hello.
I've used Gixen already to even win a couple of bids; however, in trying again this morning, it won't connect, only saying "connecting to Gixen..." and staying frozen there.
I've rextracted and started it up again. A couple of times it said 'timed out error' and even when it did finally reopen the Gixen window, it gave me the previously mentioned 'frozen' line.
Any suggestions?
