No, https (SSL) will be used.
(Empty) Form can be placed on a non-secure page - what matters is where the form is submitted after it's filled. Look for the "action" field in the source code of the main page, and you will see that target is a secure url.
You will see the padlock symbol when you log in.

Your site says it protects the Ebay password using secure encryption but on the main page with the Ebay username and password login is not a secure one and there is no padlock symbol shown at the bottom of my browser (Firefox 2.0).
Does this mean my password will be transmitted in clear text to your site ?
