Thanks, but it's not Gixen; it's eBay. Gixen submits your max bid to eBay, and then eBay takes over with proxy bidding.

I didn't quite understand the max bid. I put my maximum at $55, but won the auction for $33. I had no idea Gixen would adjust my maximum to simply be the highest bid!
