If I were doing that I think I'd export the snipes to a .csv file, delete them all, update the file with a spreadsheet application and then re-import it.

The options to do that are at the bottom of the Settings page in the 'Export/download' section.

You do need a mirror subscription to even have that many snipes scheduled though.
