Gixen is not blocked by eBay in any way.

However, sometimes there are restrictions in place that Gixen cannot find out until it actually tries to place a bid. I talked to eBay about it, and proposed a 'dry fire' to test eligibility, however they are not willing to invest time in this... we (sniping services) are likely too small, they have other priorities.

What I can do, however, is check if there is a more detailed error message that would possibly explain what restriction was in place. Please email me.
