In that case there are a number of things to check... that it's still installed and that its enabled being the first two.

After that I'd uninstall it and then install it again, if it isn't working.

While you're working out how to get that working again you can still manually add snipes by logging in to the website and cutting and pasting the auction numbers, before using the 'Add' button.

EDIT: I see our posts crossed... What did you have to do, to get it back ?
