Hi, thank you both so much for your replies. I did get a refund from Paypal and the recurrent subscription was cancelled. Yes I did email the address listed in contacts. Mario, I will forward my previous emails on to support - just for reference. I appreciate you are busy and running a great service especially at such a reasonable price. Thanks again  |
