If you've thoroughly checked your spam folder and you are certain that the email address you have registered with Gixen is the one you are monitoring then I would advise contacting Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact tab above.

Please include your Gixen id in all such communication.

Also please note that you can only change your password via this route, it isn't a means to change your Gixen id. To do that you would need to register a new account.

If however it's just the Ebay account that is bid on that you wish to change, that is done via the second section of the Settings page after logging on here via the web interface.
