Gixen using wrong user name for bid.

When I place a bid on this account it is placed by Gixen on a different account and does not register with ebay I get a message after the fact "why did I lose this bid". I clearly should have won by the bid amount I placed but I get this message. This is ebay item #s 114089111494 & 264614944930.

What status did Gixen give these snipes after the auction had completed ?

On the Settings page is Gixen indicating that you have authorised a different Ebay account to bid on your behalf than the one you would expect to be referenced there ?

This is a new account. I have 1 I have purchased over 1000 items. Seems I have no choice what account I link to as we are on the new system Account may be linked to the wrong account for bidding purposes. The name is correct but the link looks wrong.

As mentioned elsewhere, you do need to log out of whatever account you are logged into on ebay.com, otherwise Ebay just chooses that one to authorise the link to without asking you to log in.

Knowing that are you then able to reauthorise to the Ebay account you do want Gixen to bid from ?
