Has anyone else been charged twice for the yearly subscription fee of $6.00 USD?
I had that amount taken from my PayPal account on the 23rd of June 2020 and today the 4th of July 2020.
I thought we only paid the subscription fee once a year.

Is it possible that you've registered more than one Gixen account ?

The payments should reference the Gixen id to which they relate, are these references exactly the same on both payments ?

If they do relate to the same Gixen id, has your subscription been increased by a year for each of these payments, as detailed at the top of the Settings page ?

Hi Cupid.

Looks like I have two different profile I.D's.
I received a email on the 22/6/2020 asking me to renew my subscription using a link provided, which I did and of course yesterday as I said another automatic payment went through.
Why, I do not know.
I have sent a email to Gixen support explaining the situation and I hope they will recognise the billing error and cancel one of those automatic payments.
(and I'II get my $6.00 USD back)

Yes, Mario will refund whichever one you want.

You could also have transferred the subscription credit from the Gixen id you are not using to the one that you are, but no matter now, I'm sure Mario will sort it out for you, as you have requested.

Once that is done it's probably best if you delete the account you don't want; That can be done by logging in to it and at the bottom of the Settings page that option is available to you.
