Do you have a Mirror subscription or are you just using the free service ?
With only a single server working this will happen occasionally, perhaps one in every 4 to 5 hundred or so.

There was no winning bid on this item. $70.00 was the opening bid.
When did you place your snipe or did you modify your snipe? Gixen needs at least two minutes before an auction close time to execute a snipe. Placing a snipe too late or modifying your snipe in the last couple minutes can cause a snipe to not be executed.
