The site worked exactly as promised, and thanks to the group auction feature I won a Wii for less than I was willing to pay.

And I must say, from a web designer/programmer's perspective, this is a really well done site. I like how "logging in" really just POSTs your user name & password to the auction list page, so there's no need to explicitly "log out". Eh, just one of those small details that pleased me.

And on another note, your forum presence is amazing. You've responded to practically every post, nice as can be.

Thanks... I really enjoy doing this, and seeing it grow this quickly is a great satisfaction. It can be better though - while reliability is pretty good there have been periods when it failed, mostly due to virtual hosting issues. My pledge for 2007 is to move it do a dedicated server, regardless if ads make enough money to pay for it or not.
