Can you please provide me with item numbers? You can email me, you don't have to post them here. |

I wrote you an email. But i think its in your spam filter so i choosed the way of this support forum.
282046097389 is one of them. The rest i deleted from the item list because its better to handle this list on a mobile device if there are not so many posts. |

Ray,
What was the specific status associated with that snipe after the auction completed?
Only Mario can look behind the scenes, but you may find others here can provide some helpful explanations if you are willing to provide all the relevant details about a specific snipe. _________________ Mark |

Ray,
Are all these Mirrored snipes?... With similar errors on the Mirror tab?... If so that would be an indication that your account is having issues connecting to Ebay via the Gixen server.
You may need to verify your account with the Gixen socks proxy enabled.
Have you tried emailing Mario direct at the support address give on the 'Contact' tab above?
Please remember to always include your Ebay id in such communication. _________________ Mark |

This is not a common failure - "BID FLOW RESET" indicates that eBay wants something from you and inserts another login screen.
Have you tried placing any bid manually? Does that work? |

Is that supposed to help with resolving the issue?...
I can't really see how it does so. Can you explain, what you have done, so far, to try to resolve the issue you have?
Have you any examples to share?
Have you recently placed any manual bids?
Have you enabled the Gixen socks Proxy and then tried placing a manual bid?
Have you contacted Mario at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab, giving him details of your issue along with your Ebay id? _________________ Mark |

I got these errors today and they seem to be similar to the problem at hand.
EBAY ERROR: LOGIN TIMEOUT (2)
UNKNOWN ERROR (3)
(view error button just sends me to an ebay login page and nothing more)
on two separate bids. I had to fight to edit a scheduled auction earlier too because of another error. Edited the auction, then all info about auction disappeared and just had the item number. Attempts to delete and readd the item didn't work at first but then it finally accepted the item number and grabbed the info.
Looks like there's intermittent connection issues to ebay or something. |

following up with a bit more info... I did not use the mirror service and both auctions that failed were scheduled for the same time.
There was an auction scheduled after these two, but ended over my max bid (gixen did display this correctly, so I assume it should've placed bid correctly if it was able to)
This is the first time I've ever had an error with the service, and getting a few different error codes in 1 day makes me think something is up with either gixen or the ebay servers.
I was able to place a bid manually today without any problems. I haven't changed my log in info this year and I haven't logged in from any new devices.
I had one bid a few hours before the problems seemed to start that was placed successfully too. |

You won't find the instructions here because they are only provided on a 'need to know' basis... So, please try again with the email route, that is where Mario can, and will, provide the instructions that you need to be able to resolve this. _________________ Mark |

It is this that most concerns me... in recent times having snipes that result in bids being placed in exactly the same second is known to cause issues with Ebay blocking accounts access to their site via the Gixen servers.
It is now best to use the offset settings to prevent two bids being placed in the same second. _________________ Mark |
