Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep it in mind for the future.

My mistake, I looked at the wrong field, buy-it-now price was initially 33.0, not current price. This bid was in fact refused with message "Please enter a price lower than Buy It Now price.".

The error message is erroneous, I need to fix it.

Wow really ?...

33.13 on an item that didn't sell for 25.00 USD with no bids ?

That's a 'Bid Increment' issue ?

This was a bid increments issue - please google for "ebay bid increments" and you will understand.

OK,

In that case only Mario will be able to look behind the scenes in more detail as to what exactly happened with your snipe on the Main server.

He is very busy, but you could try emailing him at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above... It may be unrelated to the changes happening with Gixen at the moment, but you never know it could be something that needs looking at in the new environment where failures are being detected in a different way from the way they were before.

I'm thinking it might be a miss-report of some other issue we haven't come across much, yet.

Do you have a Mirror subscription, and if so what is the status on the Mirror tab ?

I set up a snipe on auction 322605576472 that ended today. The bid was over the asking price and there were no other bids but it says the bid was under asking price. Not sure what happened? Any idea how to avoid this in the future?
