Ok it worked this time. I did the EXACT same thing as before. Made a name and password then it brought me to ebay to sign in. This time when I clicked on agree it brought me back to gixen. So whatever happened the first time it did not register I guess. Seemed like something hapeded because right after the first time I could not even sign in with my ebay name and password.

Have you tried that link I provided last time, and put in the email that you think you have registered ?

Is that where it's claiming you are 'not recognized' ?

Otherwise, have you chosen a different Gixen id from your Ebay id ?

If not, that might be part of the problem.

It's worth a try going through the upgrade/registration process again... that way you get to find out whether the upgrade actually happened properly the first time... and alternatively the point at which that fails helps to track down what the exact issue with your account actually is.

Please report back here with as many details as you can about how it goes...

I understand its not recognized by Gixen thats my problem. Yes I hit sign in.
Should I try the sign up again with the same info?

You are pushing the 'Log in Now' button and not the 'Sign Up' button aren't you Bob ?

Because that is the page that comes up when you push the wrong button.

If you are pushing the right button then your account has not transitioned correctly... because if I put the wrong password in for my new Gixen id I get a page that allows me to select the link to be able to reset my password... or to retrieve my id via this link:

https://www.gixen.net/forgotusername.php

So in that case, what you are putting in is not being recognised as valid Gixen id by gixen.net.

Thats what I am trying to do, this is what it says when I try and log in :
Please register. You cannot any longer log in with your eBay username and password:

Select a Gixen Username:
Select a Gixen Password (6 characters minimum, only letters and numbers allowed):
Email (required to activate your Gixen account):

I did not use EB stuff I used the new ones I just made and linked to EB yesterday. So are my snipes that were set up gone now?

Bob,

For the next couple of weeks you need to log in with your new Gixen credentials at gixen.net, not here... After that it will all get transitioned back here... and then you will use your Gixen credentials on the gixen.com site... just not yet.

Bob, yes, you select Gixen username and password and follow instructions.

For this new change do I make up a new username and password on the first page? It says nothing about that, I dont want to mess it up and have to change my EB password.
