| Frank, I honestly do not know why this was blocked. It looks like previous bids with the same seller were successfully submitted. It could have been a temporary problem of some kind with eBay. | |

| I attempted to make a purchase from EBAY. The tool sent me a msg saying: EBAY ERROR: TRANSACTION BLOCKED (1) (cannot bid on this kind of item)
WTF?? This was a part for a model train! What is the bid issue. Has anybody seen this kind of problem before. Any help or advice is appreciated. Frank (ebay woofe11). |
