Hi, Thanks for checking. I had several that timed last night too. If many auctions are ending at the exact same time, would it help if I staggered the Main and Offset when I enter them in... Or would that have no effect. Please pardon my not knowing how this all works. Thanks :) BTW I have been using Gixen for about a year and love it! This is the first time I have had any issue. Thank you!
I am not sure that it did, but I am adding some monitoring of number of connections of all kinds. I am also raising some limits even further to take full advantage of capacity of servers used by Gixen. These are some very powerful dedicated servers that can handle a lot.

Post subject: AN ISSUE AROUND 6pm PST
30 minutes ago, or around 6.00pm PST there was an issue that caused around 100 or so snipes to fail, from both main and mirror servers.
I am investigating what caused this - so far I only noticed that snipes were timing out.
Things have normalized since.
