No, they are not. I receive email from you ok but not from the registration process. You have (yet) another bug.

did complain this was not working for gmail... see above.
I do use yahoo... I just pointed out that, on that account, I had received an email during the sign up process.. So the problem is not yahoo blocking emails from Gixen on my account.

Gmail is fine as far as I know, no users with gmail account complained so far. Mark, please email me and let me know what gmail address you used, and I will check the mail logs.

Thanks for your reply. In answer to your queries:
There are no emails from Gixen in my spam folder,
I received am initial email from Gixen when I registered on gixen.net regarding authorizing Gixen to bid on eBay,
I use Gmail for email.
I am beginning to think there may be a bug, since it seems others are having the same issue, what do you think?

Yes, there is no email in the Spam, this is a real Gixen bug, you need to solve.

I registered on gixen.net
but it wont recognise my my password, and when i click retrieve password i dont get any emails from gixen (i have checked spam folders)
username: johnho2uk (gixen.net recognises this)
I have not received any emails from gixen new or old since i've switched
its yahoo who provides me with emails

Who provides you with emails, by which I usually mean, what is after the @ symbol in your email address ?

Post subject: Password change link not working for me
Hi there, I keep getting notifications that my password may not be strong enough. I have clicked the link to change it numerous times but the email to change it has never come through.
Is there an issue? Or is it me?
